 | 1. WARM-UP & STRECHES: Set-up 2 fields 25X15 as figure on the left side. -
Divide players into 2 teams of 8 ( or equal teams). -
Each team on a field and a ball. -
Put 3 players inside the field the rest as servers on the outside. -
Player will call the ball and pass it back to the server. -
Rotate inside players in 2-3 minutes. -
Encourage accuracy passes. Variations: -

Receive from one server and pass it to another server. -
Add movements (fake, turn, pull etc.) etc. 2. WALL PASS SESSION: a-2V1 -
Set-up field(s) 20X10 yards as figure on the left side fro group of 3 players. -
Divide the players into group of 3 and one ball in one field; -
Two attacker and one Defender. WALL PASS #1: DEFENDER COMMITS TO THE 1ST ATTACKER -
Defender will serve the ball to the 2 attacker then defend the goal -
2nd attacker comes square with the defender ready to receive a pass and pass it back. -
1ST attacker with ball draws the defender then pass it to his/her teammate who is square position with defender then 1st attacker sprints to space behind the defender to receive the ball back and go to score. WALL PASS #2 : DEFENDER MARK THE 2ND ATTACKER. -
If defender marks the 2nd attacker (without the ball), the 1st attacker goes to goal and score. Wall pass is a fake with a help of a teammate. -
Rotate Defender every I minute. -
After 3 rotations change teams to promote for challenges. -
Praise the players they score. -
