Set-up 15x10 yards divided in 2 halves (field #1 & field #2) -
Every player with one ball in field #1, they dribble using all part of the foot and without bumping to each other. -
Players will switch to field #2 at the coach signal Variations: 2. DRIBBLING SESSION: a-ZIG ZAG dribbling -
Set-up field as figure on the left side. -
Divide the players into 4 teams of 3, everyone with the ball. -
Player will dribble thru the cone then sprint back on the side. -
To avoid boredom, 2nd player starts after 1st player reaches 3rd cone. -
Use inside and outside foot -
Both feet using inside. -

Set-up field as figure on the left side. -
Pair-up player with one ball per field -
One player serve the ball then defend the goal. -
Play 1v1 and encourage players to dribble -
Rotate every minute for 4-6minutes then water break. -
Praise the players they score. -
Encourage the kids to add-up their score c-2v1 -
Same field as 1v1 -
Three players and one ball. -
Two attacker and one Defender -
Play 2v1 and encourage players to dribble to space & score or pass. -
Rotate Defender every 30 Sec. -
After 3 rotations change teams for challenges. -
Praise the players they score. -
