Dear League Officials and Coaches:

The 23rd Annual Crossroads Invitational Tournament is scheduled for December 4th&5^th, 2004. Teams competing in this tournament are the U-10, U-12, U-14, Boys and Girls, Class IV league champions (and/or runner-ups, cup winners) from Danville, Dublin, Fremont, Livermore, Newark, Pleasanton, and San Ramon youth soccer leagues. Participating teams will play with the players they had all year. Player additions and/or guest players are not allowed.

There will be a mandatory coaches check-in on Friday, December 3rd at the Dublin San Ramon Services District, at 7:00 PM. If you are unable to attend, please send a representative from your team (Asst Coach, Team Parent, League Official). Coaches or representatives should bring the following: goldenrod (form 1607); players and coaches passes; and signed medical release forms (form 1601).

Most preliminary games and all final games will be played at the Dublin Sports Grounds. The remaining preliminary games may be played at Emerald Glen.

Please complete the standard CYSA tournament application form and return it with a check made to Dublin United Soccer League for $225.00. Your league representative should give you an application or they can be found on the CYSA North web site. Please make sure all names are legible. They will be screened for t-shirt sales. Since Crossroads is only for District III teams, your application form does not need to be sent through our District Tournament Coordinator. Mail your application and check to:
